I first visited Warrior Storyfield in the fall of 2024, and like most people, I was deeply moved both by what I witnessed, and what I felt. The artists call it a sacred place and I couldn’t agree more. I remember driving home after that initial visit, attempting to untangle it all. Months later, I’m still untangling it, but now it’s from behind the lens of a camera.

I feel profoundly grateful that this community of veterans, civilians and artists have welcomed me, offering trust, their stories, and encouragement to share their experiences with the world.

For the last 5 years, I’ve owned and operated my own one-woman production company, taking on clients from the corporate world, higher education and small businesses, helping them share compelling stories from across the globe. I was trained as a broadcast journalist and spent much of my career in the control room in Washington DC, covering both local and national news.

I live in Colorado with my husband and three children. Two other places that I’ve called home are Washington D.C. and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
